Join the Township of Schaumburg Disability Services Department for our annual Septemberfest Free Rides Program for persons with disabilities and their immediate families and caregivers on Saturday, September 4, 2021 from 9-11am on the Septemberfest Carnival Grounds.
Registration is required by email at disabilityservices@schaumburgtownship.org or 847-285-4541 by September 1, 2021 or until the first 500 guests register. Registration is limited, please register early. Please note:
The person with the disability must reside in the Village of Schaumburg or the Township of Schaumburg.
All persons with disabilities must have an able-bodied adult to accompany them on the rides. No exceptions.
Not all rides will be open. The carnival operator is a separate entity and has sole discretion on which rides will be open.
The event is dependent on weather and may be cancelled or delayed. The event will not be rescheduled if cancelled. This program is not open to the public. The Free Rides Program is hosted by the Village of Schaumburg, sponsored by Fantasy Amusement Company, Inc., and coordinated by the Township of Schaumburg Disability Services Department. Due to the fluid nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, this event may be cancelled and is subject to change. Significant changes will be communicated to registrants.
